Entering is simple.

To submit your entry for the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Global Facilitation Excellence Awards, you need to provide two things:

Describe one real LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® session and clearly answer:

  • What was the challenge or objective of the session?

  • What immediate impact did it have on participants?
(Include feedback, insights, decisions, or shifts in understanding.)

  • What difference did it make — or will it make — in their roles, team, or organisation?

Focus on outcomes, not theory.

Record a simple video of yourself describing:

  • The session you facilitated

  • Why you approached it the way you did

  • The impact it created

The video does not need to be professionally produced.
Clarity and authenticity matter more than polish.

Every facilitator who completes the form and submits their video will receive one free Specialist Module of their choice

Regardless of whether you win, your participation will be recognized and rewarded. This is our way of honouring the work you are doing in the field.
