My journey with LEGO® Serious Play® began at the source: I was appointed by the LEGO® Group as one of the original four Master Trainers of the method.
Over 19 years, I’ve used the method across 20+ countries and industries — corporate, academic, non-profit, startup and government — and trained over 1,800 facilitators worldwide, from consultants and academics to HR & learning leaders and Agile coaches.
I don’t just train — I write, build and play. I’m the author of three books on training and facilitation, including “What the Duck”: how just six LEGO® bricks shaped like a duck can unlock powerful group engagement in under five minutes.
