How to enter
1 · A written description
Describe one real session: the challenge or objective, the immediate impact on participants, and the difference it made (or will make) to their role, team or organization. Focus on outcomes, not theory.
2 · A short video
Record a simple video describing the session, why you approached it that way, and the impact it created. It doesn’t need to be professionally produced — clarity and authenticity matter more than polish.
